Our brand new fitness facility, based in Croydon, hosts a variety of signature group training sessions that are delivered both in a calculated, but fun way. Here at Stronghold we offer the support and guidance that allows you to constantly develop, reach goals and unlock your true physical abilities no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

Kettlebell Calisthenics & Plyometrics Fusion

Join us for a dynamic and invigorating fitness class that combines the strength-building benefits of kettlebell exercises with the bodyweight mastery of calisthenics and the explosive power of plyometrics. This class is designed for all fitness levels, providing a challenging yet accessible workout that enhances strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility.

Gauntlet

The Gauntlet. Stronghold's weekly fitness challenge. This group session will offer a blend of our whole group training program and will provide the perfect opportunity to 'throw it down' as a team. It will be tough, but enjoyment is guaranteed!

This session is ideal for everyone - beginners, fitness enthusiasts and anyone thinking about entering the competitive fitness world.

Machine

Stronghold's signature conditioning group training session, delivered in a calculated way, that allows you to develop a better understanding of how to master the machines (ski, row, bike) whilst still getting your daily dose of functional fitness.  

This session is ideal for everyone - beginners, fitness enthusiasts and anyone thinking about entering the competitive fitness world.

Strong

Stronghold's signature strength and resistance group training session. If you are looking to develop a better understanding of how to 'master the bar' and the 4 main compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press, shoulder press) this session is ideal for you. We will introduce you to basic techniques as well as advanced training systems and modalities used in daily strength and resistance training that will have you set for life.

Vigour8

Stronghold's signature circuit-style group training session. Vigour8 offers a unique blend of conditioning and functional resistance training and provides an insight into some of the concepts behind the ever-growing popular competitive fitness events.

This session is ideal for everyone - beginners, fitness enthusiasts and anyone thinking about entering the competitive fitness world.  

Revive

Slow down your week with Stronghold's Revive. This session offers an opportunity to stretch out at the end of a busy week and work on key areas of mobility.
